Cancellation & No-show Policy

At Artemis Medispa, we respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. As an independent Australian owned business, we would highly appreciate you following our cancellation and no-show policy.

Artemis Medispa has a strict cancellation and no-show policy. Due to the busy nature of our clinic, a scheduled appointment means that time and possibly certain machines are reserved only for you. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule appointments. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.

We send out reminders via email and SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you unable to make it to your appointment, please call or email us no less than 24 hours to reschedule or cancel. Appointments missed or rescheduled less than 24 hours will result in deduction of pre-purchased session(s) or a $50 fee will be charged.

Black Friday Promotion Terms & Conditions

Clients are limited to purchasing a maximum of three treatment packages. The use of Birthday vouchers and Loyalty points cannot be combined with the Black Friday Sale. The Black Friday Sale is valid from November 23rd to November 30th, 2023. An additional 5% discount for upfront payment is exclusively applicable to skin treatment packages. Artemis Medispa’s Cancellation & Refund policies are applicable during this promotion. Treatment packages under the promotion cannot be split between clients. Furthermore, no substitutions are allowed for any treatments, services, or products within the packages. Advance bookings are recommended and are subject to spot availability.

Refund & Exchanges Policy

Artemis Medispa will provide refunds in accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act (Australian Consumer Law). Please note, refunds are not provided for change of mind. You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is faulty, unfit for its specified purpose, unsafe or creates an unsafe situation (e.g allergic reaction). Please keep your proof of purchase for all refunds and exchanges.

If there is a problem with a product or service, we will attempt to remedy it within a reasonable time. Please contact us within 3 business days after your service or product purchases. We will require an evidence or documentation of adverse reaction such as photos or doctor’s certificate sent to us. Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults or major problems outlined above.

At any time, we may request non-refundable security deposit from you to secure and hold promotional prices. Deposit has time limit of 6 months and will be voided in the event of incomplete payment within the time frame. Pre-paid treatments including packages for multiple treatments must be fully paid in advance of the first session. Pre-paid treatment packages must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.

The refund policy applies, and you agree to be bound by these conditions, when purchasing pre-paid treatments including packages for multiple treatments. Prepaid treatments and/or packages are not transferable to other clients.

Artemis Medispa requires a card details to secure your appointment. There will be NO PAYMENT occur at booking. We will securely save your card details with your consent using our bank grade PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partners. No card information is held inside our platform to ensure that your data is protected.
