Cancellation and Refund Policy


At Artemis Medispa we respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. As an independent Australian owned business, we would highly appreciate you following our cancellation policy.


We send out reminders for appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment via email.

If you can’t make it to your appointment(s) please call/email no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule/cancel.


Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.


If your cancellation is less than 24hours prior to the time of the booked appointment, the client will be given the one chance opportunity to re-book (with no financial penalty applied). Otherwise, with subsequent cancellations by the same client less than 24-hour period will be referred to the clinic manager and may result in reduction of pre-purchased session(s) or a fee may be charged to keep their session.


Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients cannot book into that time slot. 


We do not provide refund to goods/products that has been opened, used or damaged. A return of product due to change of mind must be returned within 14 days of purchase date in their original condition. If you would like an exchange or refund due to an allergy reaction to one of our products, we require a form to be completed to be sent and reported to the manufacturer.


Services Refunds are not available. Series packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you must notify management immediately or within no more than 24 hours post treatment. At Managements discretion, we will offer to re-do the service at no additional cost if it is found to be fault of our product or service.


All treatments purchased as a package must be fully paid in advance of the first session.


At any time, we may request non-refundable security deposits from clients for any promotions deals. Deposit for promotions is to secure and hold promotional prices (redeemable upon paying for treatment).


You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid packages. Prepaid Hair Removal packages of 4 sessions have a 6 months expiry date. Prepaid single session skin treatment has a 2 months expiry date. Prepaid skin treatment package of 3 sessions have a 6 months expiry date. Prepaid skin treatment package of 5 or more sessions have a 12 months expiry date. Package reactivation fee apply.
